Triangle Engineering Whole House Fans Installed By TS Construction

LOWER YOUR COOLING BILL

A whole house fan is a simple and inexpensive method of cooling a house and lowering your summer cooling bill. The fan draws fresh, cool air into the home through open windows and exhausts warm, stale air through existing attic vents. The fan will cool not just the air, but also the walls and furnishings which contribute to heat build up by absorbing heat and releasing it at night. Whole house fans use about 1/10 the electricity used by comparable sized central air conditioners. Use the whole house fan as your primary cooling system and save your air conditioner for the very hottest days when temperatures outside remain high.

Whole whole house fan is mounted in the attic above the ceiling in a hallway, laundry room or stairwell. Windows or doors must be open while the fan is running. Recommended usage: Run the fan in the morning to pre-cool the home and delay the need to run the air conditioner. Run the fan in the evening when the temperature outside drops below 80 degrees.
